Process Improvement Consultant

As a Process Improvement Consultant at AION Consulting, you will help us in the assessment and understanding of business, economical and financial dynamics through the quantitative analysis of key strategic metrics.


What will you do ?


  • Contribute to understanding trends, creating analyses, and generating insights about our key strategic metrics

  • Identify best practices, encourage informed risk taking and act as a catalyst for innovation

  • Relentlessly challenge the status-quo to enrich continuous improvement of our clients' projects

  • Develop process and value stream maps and lead lean management and operational excellence projects

  • Propose technical solutions and new ideas in order to increase quality, production output in close collaboration with your colleagues

  • Makes the necessary changes to existing processes and engage your stakeholders;

  • Continuously seeks to improve existing processes in terms of customer satisfaction, efficiency and risks;

  • Maintains relationships and communicates in a timely manner with the various stakeholders;

  • Creates and maintains adequate documentation;

  • Ensures that the processes and their documentation are in line with external and internal regulations

  • Deliver presentations to key stakeholders to illustrate competitive and industry dynamics and the interplay between these elements

  • Analyse and improve existing processes and ways of working



What are we looking for ?


  • Master in Supply Chain, Lean Management, Operational Strategy, Logistics, Management or Engineering;

  • At least 2 years in a similar role

  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset: Not afraid of autonomy, responsibility and decision-making

  • Able to work effectively in an environment with complex and sometimes contradictory information

  • Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals

  • Adept at building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals

  • An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding

  • Resilient in recovering from setbacks and skilled at finding detours around obstacles

  • Able to operate effectively, even when things are not clear or the way forward is not obvious

  • Adept at learning quickly, applying insights from past efforts to new situations

  • Languages: Fluent English and native French or Dutch
